Using ID command we can find the coordinates of a point relative to the origin, is there some way (command) to find the coordinates of a point relative to some point other than the origin.

If just using AutoCAD commands, you could create a new UCS with an origin at your reference point, then ID will return coordinates relative to that.

UCS
Origin
<select refernce point>

(now use ID command)

If you want a command to so this quickly without changing the UCS, it would take a custon lisp (or sim.) command. If interested I could write something, it wouldn't take too long...
