My problem is when i open an assembly that was made from a co-workers computer, some of the components become mated upside down, backwards or sideways. There are no errors in the model and the mates are all there. It seems like the mates for certain parts become solved opposite to the way it was originally assembled.

Now if i replace all of the mates and save the assembly, then open it on my co-workers computer, it does the same thing and the mates end up backwards again. Mad

If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated
