Does any one know or have a tool for auto pan and zoom lisp routine?

I am using long digitising work and the standard pan and zoom tool consume time.

If this tool is there kindly let me know. This will help me lot at my work.

How would this auto zoom & pan work? When a line is drawn near the edge of the screen it would detect this then pan so cursor is more near the center of the screen? This may be possible using a custom routine. How are you digitizing, do you use the "line" command and pick points?
