I am looking for the MouseTracker.dll file for Autocad 2006. This dll file allows the mouse coords in autocad to be tracked for "ghost" inserting and other wonderful uses. I've used the one for 2004, but need the newer one for 2006.

vbd.net / cadvault.com used to host this file, but they seem to have disappeared. Does anyone know where to get it? It was written by Paul Marshall, does anyone know how to contact him?
