Is anyone familiar with (and want to share) any macros or mdls they might have that enable the user to click on an element and have it dimension, or even just display, the slope of a line?

Thanks,
RD

Hello Robdall,

if with slope you mean the angle of a line relative to the horizontal direction you don't have to reinvent the wheel.
In V8i go to
Tools --> Tool Boxes
and open the tool box 'Angular Dimensions'. There you will find 2 tools to dimension an angle relative to the x- or the y- axis.
These tools were around in earlier versions as well, though not directly accesible from the main tool frame. So, if you are working with an older version have a look around the list of tool boxes.
