I was hoping some one can help me on this, I have many fonts already but I would like to add more.

How can I add more fonts to my AutoCAD 2000?

Install the fonts to your Windows:
Go to "Control Panel | Fonts", select the menu "File | Install New Font...".

Ok I saw that in my computer, now when I install the new fonts will my AutoCAD pick them up automatically; or do I have to do somthing in AutoCAD as well?

AutoCAD will load all fonts from Windows, no need to do anything about it.
