I know there are similar questions out there, but:

Is it possible to change the architectural unit format from

12'-9 3/16"

to

12-9-3?

Hi

It is possible to change what is shown in the readout, it is a
programable thing that is "placed" on your screen and what you read is
the value of a system var. You can easily calculate on the readout
numbers and then have that shown in the box, check out how the AutoCAD
user interface work and you will find out how.
