How would I go about this?

I have done the frameworks just need the seat and back (2 parts)

Click on the Seat tool. Then select the base cushion or back cushion
option. If you have trouble with that search google for "mike wilson +
solidworks. He has a car with seats and a number of other swoopy parts
you might study.
