Download BDCSETUP.EXE. Extract the files using WinZIP so you get the msi
file.
BDC:
msiexec /i BatchDWGConverter.msi /qb-! ACAD_SILENT_LICENSE=YES

DWF Viewer 5.0
DwfViewerSetup.exe /q

how do you specify options in group policy.
I see how you can just select the msi.

You cannot pick a .exe in group policy.
The /q just seems to do a silent install?

You need to extract the setup files from the .exe. You should be able to
locate the installation files in your TEMP directory after you install it or
I think running the .exe with a /x will extract them. Or try what Jimmy
suggested, open the .exe in Winzip.

After you extract the setup files from the .exe you will have your MSI which
you can create the Software Deployment with GP. Just select the MSI and
assign the installation to a computer, not to a user.

the batch drawing converter puts out a msi, but the DWF Viewer 5.0 is another story.
DwfViewerSetup.exe will not extract with winzip.
DwfViewerSetup.exe /?
DwfViewerSetup.exe /x
does not work.
It does not extract to c:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Temp\

If you cannot obtain an MSI by any means then simply use Wise or InstallShield to repackage it as an MSI or use a ZAP file (crude but it works most of the time)
