Hi all,

I am confused when I simulate a simple common drain circuit with spiral
inductor connected to the source of nmos and then ground. I perform dc
simulation and it shows me that it can't converged. When I remove the spiral
inductor, it works fine...

Why???

Cheers,
Fred

Not enough information, sorry...

This will depend a lot on the spiral inductor model, which simulator you're
using, how long a piece of string is, and so on...

Andrew.
