I am interested in performing a detailed spice simulation on a specific
path in the layout (the layout is standard cell based). The path starts at
a input pad and ends at another input pad traversing through several logic
gates. I came across cadence assura RCX and fire and ice tools. I am not
sure if these tools can trace the entire path in the layout using the
input vector. Has someone done this before? If so can you please suggest
me which tool to use and how to go about doing this?
