Hi all,
I have an Autocad 2005 network license. I had to install Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 service pack 1 on my Windows 2000 Advanced server last Saturday. After the installation I could not start FLEXlm as a service, not on startup nor by lmtools. The error in the events is:"The FLEXlm Service 1 service failed to start due to the following error:
FLEXlm Service 1 is not a valid Win32 application." The event ID is 7000.
Please help, I could not manage to start my AutoCAD 2005 aplication from any of my workstations.
Regards,
Christo

Sounds like the FlexLM service got damaged somehow. You'd get that message
if an EXE were corrupted.

Try uninstalling FlexLM, rebooting, and reinstalling FlexLM.
