I don't know how to translate a part in IGS to solid n Pro/E WF II

Just open the file by selecting file type IGES.
If the file wasn't exported as a solid, it could be wireframe or surfaces,
that is all you will get when imported.

Assuming you can't get it from the supplier as an IGES solid (which you should be
asking for),
select the import feature, then do 'Edit>Solidify' for closed, watertight volumes
or 'Edit>Thicken' for the rest. If these are greyed out in the Edit menu, the
imported quilt has integrity/quality problems that need to be investigated and
fixed first.
