When trying to return a license early I get the following error:

Your license cannot be returned at this time. Blah blah blah

Error [-1]

FlexLM licensing configured as a service. FlexLM options are set to default.
Latest version used.

Also updated lmborrow.exe to no joy.

Any pointers appreciated.

Is this a problem with AutoCAD 2004? I had the same problem with that version due to a bug, which is documented on the AutoCAD Product Support web as TS80362 and occurs when you are using the latest FlexLM (v9.3). I haven't tried it yet with v2005, but I would assume that it would have been fixed.

After some more reading through previous posts and a test I've discovered
that it is because we license another product with FlexLM on the same
server. If I stop the service that licenses the other product returning the
license early works.
