Question,

If you are running multiple offices from the same flex license server, is it
possible to have one client installation image that you use in multiple
office. it appears that the ".MST" file has several server specific UNC
paths. Has anyone had any luck editing these paths and using the same image
from office to office, or do you have to spool a seperate image for each
office's install?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Chuck

Chuck,
What we have done in these situations is create the deployment images on the
server that will have the flex license. We them had them mirror that drive
and put on the other servers for deployment only. This cut out the bandwidth
problems that come with multi office installs. Once deployed to client we
removed the local mirrors and the clients now all point to the license
server in a single location. Hope this helps.

Our IT department set up a DFS share that replicates.
The UNC path is \\it.local\commonshare but points to \\server1\ at one
location and \\server2\ at another location. \\server1\ is the master server
and is daily replicating to \\server2\.
When I use NIW I use the path \\it.local\commonshare\... This way each
office installs AutoCAD from the closest server.

Besides that we have distributed FLEXlm licenses on 4 offices.
